Our story
McIntosh Leathers was born from a desire to create products with lasting value in an increasingly disposable world.
Founder Angelita Johnston studied at the London College of Fashion, where she developed a deep appreciation for design, materials, and craftsmanship. Yet, as the fashion industry accelerated towards ever-shorter trends and faster consumption, she found herself drawn in a different direction.
Rather than creating products designed for a season, she wanted to create pieces designed for a lifetime.
That vision became the foundation of McIntosh Leathers: a brand dedicated to timeless design, exceptional materials, and traditional craftsmanship. Every piece is thoughtfully designed to be used, enjoyed, and passed on, growing more beautiful with age and wear.
